Bouncy House/Block Party Trailer Reservation Paperwork
The Ministry Trailer Reservation File is found under the Info Center tab on this page. Even if you verbally request the trailer(s), we have to have the written request to make an official reservation!
We need to have all the insurance information requested for each driver, even if the driver changes on the date of transport.
The calendar portion of this website is updated to show dates a ministry trailer is already reserved.
